Submission guidelines

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit abstract (abstract format) to this conference. All submitted abstract will be assessed by the editors to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this conference. The abstract that meet the criteria will be invited to submit a full paper. All submitted full paper will be assessed by the editors to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of recommended journal. Full papers that are deemed appropriate will be sent for review by bestarial partners before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any materials included in the manuscript, such as photographs, documents and datasets. All authors identified in the manuscript must agree to be identified as authors. If required, the research must be approved by an ethics committee that complies with the legal requirements in the country of research.

The editor may reject a manuscript if it does not meet the minimum quality standards. Before submitting a manuscript, ensure that the research design and research argument are well organized and articulated. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand alone. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. If you feel confident that your manuscript meets these standards, please follow the checklist below to prepare your manuscript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submitted manuscripts must meet the following requirements.

⇒  The manuscript meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
⇒  The manuscript has not been previously published, nor has it been submitted to another journal for consideration.
⇒  All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
⇒  All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
⇒  Permission has been obtained to publish all photographs, data sets, and other materials provided with this manuscript.

Abstract format

Please download the template for abstract submission for ICIPS-BOND 21. The abstract should succinctly summarize the research while covering all essential details needed for presentation at the conference. The entire abstract should fit on a single page.

Full paper guidelines

Guidelines for Authors

Before submitting your article, make sure you have conducted a literature search to check for relevant references that may have been missed.

Paper format

  • The paper size is European A4.
  • All fonts are embedded.
  • All pages are portrait (landscape pages must be rotated).

Paper content

  • The title of your paper should follow the following format:

1.   The article title is the most visible part of the article

2.   Concise yet informative, and draws attention

3.   Include keywords so your audience will understand what it is about

  • The paper includes the author’s name(s) and affiliation(s) (full address including country).

  • All articles must contain an abstract that should follow the following format:

1.   Check journal length requirements for abstracts (~200 words)

2.   Summarize the key points of your research

3.   Mention the work and methods you undertook

4.   Claim your key findings

  • The introduction should contain:

1.    State why the problem you address is important

2.   Reference relevant results of previously published work to contextualize your work within the academic field

3.   Discuss the goal of your work, its scope and the main advances you are reporting

  • The methods should contain:

1.     Specify the study design and data collection

2.    Outline the analysis methods

3.    Give sufficient information to allow other researchers to use your findings for future research

  • The results and discussion should contain:

1.     Explain the results and emphasize significant findings clearly

2.    Discuss the impact and importance of results compared with recent relevant research

3.    Make sure your graphs and tables are clear and organized

  • The conclusion should contain:

1.     Summarize the key points made in the other sections

2.    Conclude the overall discussion of the article

3.    Link this section to the introduction

  • The acknowledgements should contain:

1.     Recognize the contribution of funding bodies and anyone who has assisted in the work

2.    Acknowledge individuals who do not qualify for co-authorship but have contributed to your article intellectually, financially or in some other manner

  • The references should list the relevant papers referred to in the other sections, citing original works, both historical and recent. A reference should give your reader enough information to locate the article concerned, and you should take particular care to ensure that the information is correct so that links to referenced articles can be made successfully. Unpublished results and lectures should be cited for exceptional reasons only. We discourage the referencing of online material hosted at web addresses that have no guarantee of perpetuity. Permanent or persistent web links should be used, as these are intended to remain unchanged for many years into the future, yielding hyperlinks that are less susceptible to ‘link rot’.
  • Ensure that all references are cited in the text and that all citations have a corresponding reference.
  • Papers must use inclusive language.
  • All figures and tables should be numbered in numerical order. Please ensure that figure/table numbers are not duplicated or missed. Figures and tables should be representative, clear, and well-designed. They also should have a self-contained caption.
  • Figures are legible and placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
If section headings are numbered, ensure that they are numbered numerically and no numbers are duplicated or missing.
  • Finally, please ensure that the paper is thoroughly proofread to check the standard of English and ensure the wording is clear and concise.

 Conversion to PDF
  • The PDF file is editable and not password-protected.
  • The PDF is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or poor-resolution figures) since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.
  • There are no blank pages.
